Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms govern your use of The Curated Table's services. By submitting a dining request or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The Curated Table is a business dining curation service operated by Rachael, based in Dublin, Ireland ("The Curated Table", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: rachael@thecuratedtable.io

2. Our service

The Curated Table provides curated restaurant recommendations for business dining occasions. Our service includes:

We provide recommendations only. We do not make reservations on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing. The decision to book and the act of booking rests with you.

3. What we do not guarantee

While we take care to assess each recommendation thoroughly, we cannot guarantee:

Restaurant information is accurate at the time of our assessment. We recommend confirming key details directly with the restaurant before your visit.

4. Compliance recommendations

Where you indicate that a Healthcare Professional (HCP) is present at your booking, we use this to inform our selection process. We do not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. It is your responsibility to ensure that any dining arrangements comply with applicable regulations, including EFPIA, OIG guidelines, and any internal company policies. Our recommendations do not constitute compliance sign-off.

5. Pricing and payment

Our service is provided to individual conference attendees at no charge where a conference organiser partnership is in place. Conference organiser pricing is agreed individually and documented in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to introduce or amend pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing partners.

6. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or amend a dining request at any time before we have delivered recommendations. Once recommendations have been delivered, no cancellation right applies to the curation service itself. Any restaurant reservation you make independently is subject to that restaurant's own cancellation policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Curated Table shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us for that service. Where the service was provided at no charge, our liability is limited to €100.

8. Intellectual property

All content on thecuratedtable.io — including text, design, and branding — is owned by The Curated Table and may not be reproduced without written permission. Recommendation documents we provide to you may be used for your personal business purposes only and may not be redistributed or resold.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our service you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from these terms or our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active partners of material changes by email.
